7. Shipping and Delivery
Zesty Rat Research will make reasonable efforts to ship orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed. Zesty Rat Research is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. Zesty Rat Research is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery to the carrier, except as described in our Refund Policy.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Zesty Rat Research is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
8. Refund and Return Policy
Due to the specialized and sensitive nature of research chemicals and peptides, all sales are final. Zesty Rat Research maintains a strict no-return policy to protect the integrity of our products and the safety of our customers.
In limited circumstances, Zesty Rat Research may, at its sole discretion, authorize a replacement, store credit, or refund in the following situations:
- Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives visibly damaged, you must contact Zesty Rat Research within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged items and packaging. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be honored.
- Undelivered Packages: If your package is not delivered and the carrier tracking confirmation indicates non-delivery or failed delivery, Zesty Rat Research will reship the order at no additional charge. If the carrier tracking confirmation indicates the package was delivered, Zesty Rat Research considers its obligation fulfilled and no replacement or refund will be issued.
- Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that does not match your order or that is defective as indicated by the Certificate of Analysis, contact Zesty Rat Research within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
9. Chargebacks
Zesty Rat Research takes chargebacks and payment disputes seriously. Initiating an unauthorized or uncommunicated chargeback with your payment provider is a violation of these Terms of Service and may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
If you have an issue with your order, contact Zesty Rat Research directly before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns promptly and fairly.
In the event that a chargeback is filed, Zesty Rat Research will provide all supporting documentation and delivery evidence to the payment processor for dispute resolution. If the chargeback is reversed in our favor, we reserve the right to recover any additional fees, administrative costs, or legal expenses from the customer.
